Lots Moore Membership

 

Terms and Conditions 

1. This membership is ongoing and will continue until terminated by the member. 
2. If you would like to cancel your subsription within the first 3 months, you will be charged a $60 fee.
3. All fees are non-refundable. 
4. It is the responsibility of the principal subscriber to inform Lots Moore of a change of email address and contact details. 
5. Lots Moore reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time by giving written notice specifying the date of termination to the customer.  it is recommended that nothing of a personal nature be stored therein.
6. Members can cancel their membership at any time. If the month has already been paid for, your membership will remain valid until the end of the month.
7. Upon signing up, you may choose 2 of the following options listed below.
   
   1. A weekly Roleplay game (RPG) campaign (you can choose this twice)
   2. Tuesday afternoon Boardgames 4:00-6:00
   3. Wednesday Nights Paint and Chat 6:00-8:00
   4. Thursday Night Casual Magic; The Gathering (MTG) 6:00-8:00
   5. Friday afternoon craft and chat 2:00-4:00
   6. Saturday morning craft and chat 10:00-12:00
   7. Saturday Casual MTG 2:00-4:00
8. If you wish to change the weekly events you participate in as per your subscription, you must talk to staff or message the shop page. 
9. If payment is not received, your membership will be placed on hold. If this occurs for 3 consecutive weeks, we will contact you. This may result in termination of your membership.
10. If your membership is terminated, Lots Moore will not hold a position for you within groups or games. (for example, hold a spot for your character in an RPG group)
