Instore Locker Hire subscription

Terms and Conditions 

1. Please remember your expiry date. It is the hirer's responsibility to renew/cancel the locker hire before the expiry date. We will send an email with your expiry date once the booking has been made. 
2. It is the hirer's responsibility to remove their locker contents before the expiry date. Any contents in the locker will be forfeited upon failure to renew or cancel the locker on or before the hire period expiry date. 
3. Any contents left in the locker after the expiry date will be discarded. 
4. All fees are non-refundable. 
5. All dealings relative to the hire of this locker will be entered into with the principal hirer only. 
6. Once you have been allocated your locker, you can NOT change your locker location. 
7. You MUST use the Key issued by Lots Moore throughout your hire period. All other locks will be removed and disposed of. 
8. Do not store any valuable possessions inside your locker. This includes but is not limited to money, personal laptops and mobile phones. It is recommended that nothing of a personal nature be stored therein.
9. Lots Moore takes no responsibility for loss or damage of locker contents. 
10. It is the responsibility of the principal hirer to inform Lots Moore of a change of email address and contact details. 
11. Upon termination of the locker hire, it will be understood that the locker has been emptied. Any remaining contents will be disposed of immediately. 
12. Lockers will be hired out to INDIVIDUALS ONLY.
13. Upon termination of the locker hire, the locker must be clean and in an acceptable condition. 
14. Please do not leave any food inside the locker. 
15. Lots Moore reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time by giving written notice specifying the date of termination to the customer.  it is recommended that nothing of a personal nature be stored therein.
16. Lockers will be made available to authorities such as Police at Lots Moore’s discretion to search upon their request, even without a search warrant.
17. The hirer is responsible for the loss and or damage of the locker key. A $25 replacement fee will be charged to the hirer if the key requires replacement.
18. A copy of the locker key is kept onsite for our use such as needing a copy or opening the locker when needed. The copy is not for hirer’s use.
