New players are welcome and encouraged but should expect fast play and lots of fun.

Please keep your language, behaviour and conversations PG rated and appropriate for a family friendly environment.

NO SWEARING

No swearing or offensive language.

We understand that dice sometimes do not go the way you planned, but please keep the language family friendly.

STAY RESPONSIBLE

Please behave responsibly and respectfully while attending the event.

Do not attend or participate while intoxicated, and do not engage in behaviour that could put yourself or others at risk.

RESPECT EVERYONE

Treat your fellow players, staff and other customers with respect.

Friendly banter is encouraged, but bullying, harassment, intimidation or deliberately making another person uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

PUT FUN FIRST

This is a gaming event. Competition is part of the fun, but winning is not everything.

Play hard, play fair, cheer on your opponents and remember that we are all here to have a good time.

KEEP IT CLEAN

Please help us keep the store, gaming tables and surrounding areas clean and safe.

Everyone attending the event is responsible for helping look after our shared gaming space.

If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, please ask a staff member.

Staff have the right to intervene and moderate behaviour at their discretion.

Failure to follow the Lots Moore Store Rules or Code of Conduct may result in a warning, removal from a game or, where necessary, being asked to leave the event or store.

By attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to follow the Lots Moore Store Rules.

Cost $75 per person on the 21st September, Payment must be made the Monday before the event to save your spot.

Includes catering, a prize bag plus 9hrs of gaming.

Refunds are allowed up until the Tuesday before the tournament. You will not be issued a refund if you wish to cancel past this day.​

Lunch will be provided. If you have ANY allergies or intolerance to food, please message add it when you sign up.

What You Will Need:

- Your army
- Printed copy of your list
- Any dice, measuring tapes, objective markers, pens, etc. that you need
- Copies of the rules for Warhammer 40k from the latest edition and any relevant data cards and codex's that you need for your army.

Army Composition:

-Your army must consist of 2000 points or less. 

- Your army must be battle-forged. 

- Forge World units are permitted but restricted 250pts per player. NO 3D PRINTS OR RECASTS.

Painting and Modelling

While fully painted armies are encouraged, in the spirit of ‘let’s have fun and roll dice’, unpainted miniatures will be allowed. Conversions are also allowed, but proxies will not be allowed. This means that any models used should be “What You See Is What You Get”, and have the appropriate wargear displayed on the model.
