We encourage a fun, casual or competitive list and a fun environment.
New players are welcome and encouraged but should expect fast play and lots of fun.

Cost $75 per person on the 2nd May, Payment must be made the Monday before the event to save your spot.

Includes catering and a prize pool. 

Refunds are allowed up until the Tuesday before the tournament. You will not be issued a refund if you wish to cancel past this day.​

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR TERRIAN AND SET UP A TABLE, PLEASE CONTACT THE STORE PAGE ASAP.

What You Will Need:

- Your army
- Printed copy of your list
- Any dice, measuring tapes, objective markers, pens, etc. that you need
- Copies of the rules for Warhammer 40k from the latest edition and any relevant data cards and codex's that you need for your army.

Army Composition:

-Your army must consist of 2000 points or less. 

- Your army must be battle-forged. 

- Forge World units are permitted but restricted 250pts per player. NO 3D PRINTS OR RECASTS.

Painting and Modelling

While fully painted armies are encouraged, in the spirit of ‘let’s have fun and roll dice’, unpainted miniatures will be allowed. Conversions are also allowed, but proxies will not be allowed. This means that any models used should be “What You See Is What You Get”, and have the appropriate wargear displayed on the model.

Code of Conduct

We would like to introduce you to the official Code of Conduct for your favourite store, Lots Moore Craft and Gaming!
This Code of Conduct contains the rules and all the information you will need to know about the store and what is acceptable. We follow all store/event rules in order to create an experience everyone can enjoy.

Family Friendly
Our shop likes to be welcoming to all people of any age. No matter who sits down at the table with us, we make them feel welcome. To do so, we need to make sure there is no NSFW content. No Swearing/Cursing, PG rating.
PUT FUN FIRST Competition is a part of our games, but win or lose, we keep it friendly, respectful, and fun.
KEEP IT CLEAN We are all caretakers of the game experience and that includes the spaces we play in. Each of us should help maintain a clean and safe environment for all.

Advertising 
Shop products and events are advertised in stores and online. It is prohibited to sell or advertise products or services in the store or on any of the Lots Moore online platforms.
Trading is okay only if it is fair for both parties involved. If you are unsure about a trade, talk to our staff.

Pictures
No pictures of any kind can be taken in the store without permission from staff. The pictures include, but are not limited to; stock, games, group activities, etc.
Staff are to request a person's permission before taking a photo, and also to upload to social media. This includes, but not limited to; a person's face/body parts i.e: hand, arm, foot etc. and even their belongings and private collections.

Bullying
We do like a friendly banter, but take care to ensure the other person is not offended by it. Bullying is taken seriously and will not be tolerated in this store or on any of our online platforms. 
Please note that any violation of these rules will result in a warning, or even a ban from the store. 
Staff have the right to intervene and moderate at their own discretion. Please do not spread hate about them. Let our managers, Aeren and Mel, know if you believe any actions by our staff or other people were inappropriate.
